Fitness Activity Sports Training (FAST) is a fun, new and exciting personal or group training program for junior athletes who are eager to improve their sporting skills and athletic abilities.

General and sports specific training for individuals or groups will help increase and improve:

  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Stability
  • Flexibility
  • Co-ordination
  • Stamina
  • Body Movement
  • Body Awareness
  • Power
  • Confidence
  • Teamanship


FAST Kids complements their chosen sport with programs that can assist in preparation for Soccer, Tennis, Football & Basketball Travel and high school Teams, the Coming Seasons as well as during their sporting season. It also reduces the risk of injury while providing them with a competitive edge and valuable long term holistic development.

Personal Training: $30/half hour or $50/hr

Group Training: 3 or more $20pp/hr  6 or more $15pp/hr  10 or more $10pp/hr
