Bodyation is a synergy of eastern disciplines for Mind/Body Balance and Conditioning. The system was developed to help people enhance, sustain, maintain and manage their own wellbeing, relaxation, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, energy and awareness.

A Variety of components from disciplines such as Yoga, Dao Yin Yoga, Taiji, Qi gong,  Meditation, Taoist Healing Sounds, Martial Body Conditioning along with healing therapies such as Traditional Thai Massage techniques and Whole Food Nutrition are used to assist in the person’s holistic development.  Through general and specifically tailored programs an individual or group can come to learn how they can become mindfully aware in the personal management of their own Mind/Body Health and Wellness.

The Bodyation program provides both individuals and groups, Adults, Teenagers, Seniors and Children with the opportunity to develop a general platform of holistic training for a sustained mind/body balance and conditioning.
